Eastlands Barn is in East Barkwith, Lincolnshire. It's a detached barn conversion on 40 acres of land. We live on site, in the main house a little way off.
It sleeps ten people. Five bedrooms, all with their own TV and ensuite bathroom. There's also a ground floor wet room. The main room is large and open plan, with a log burner. There's a second sitting area with a pool table next to it.
The property overlooks its own trout lake, which is about 30 yards from the barn. It's for fly fishing. You're welcome to walk around the 40 acres. We can provide stabling for horses if you arrange it with us beforehand.
There's an eight-seater hot tub outside, with a shower and changing room next to it. The garden is enclosed. Parking is on site.
The village is about three quarters of a mile away. It has a post office that doubles as a shop, and a pub that does good food.
