Waggoners Ban North Willingham

Alright, so Waggoners Barn. It's actually three barn conversions that are all joined together, so you're renting the whole place. It sleeps fifteen people. Seven bedrooms, six bathrooms, so it works for a few families together.

It's on our farm in North Willingham. The barns are detached, you've got the whole building and the garden to yourselves. The views are good, just fields.

It's got a 5 Star rating, which means it's well kitted out. It's luxury in the sense that everything's new and works, not that it's fussy. They're old barns so you get the beams and the space. The stairs are normal, not the steep cottage kind.

Facilities: everything on that list is there. The games room has a pool table and table football. There's a woodburner. You can fish in the farm lake if you bring your gear. WiFi works fine. Beds are made up for you.

You can bring two dogs. The garden is enclosed.

Location wise, you're in the Lincolnshire Wolds. It's quiet. The nearest shop and pub is about four miles away in Market Rasen. Market Rasen has the racecourse if that's your thing. Horncastle has antique shops, Louth is a nice market town.

For a day out, the coast at Mablethorpe or Skegness is about a forty minute drive. Lincoln is roughly an hour. The Cathedral is worth seeing.
