Waggoners Ban is a converted barn on our farm in North Willingham, Lincolnshire. It's detached, so it's just you. The Lincolnshire Wolds are right outside, it's an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. You get the views across the fields.
It sleeps fifteen people, which is a lot. There are seven bedrooms and six bathrooms, so no big queues in the morning. It's got a 5 Star rating. It's well finished and comfortable.
The barn is open plan inside, with the original beams. There's a woodburning stove for colder nights. We've put in a games room, which is handy with a group that size. There's a patio and garden with a BBQ.
You can bring two dogs. We have a cot and highchair if you need them. Bedding and towels are included. There's parking right there.
The farm has a lake you can fish in. You can walk straight out from the barn into the Wolds. The village pub and shops are about four miles away in Market Rasen. That's also where the racecourse is.
For a day out, Horncastle is known for antiques. Louth is a nice Georgian market town. If you want the coast, Mablethorpe and Skegness are sandy beaches, about a forty minute drive. Lincoln is under an hour. The cathedral is impressive, and bits of it were in that Da Vinci Code film.
