Hen House
Hen House is in Binbrook, in the Lincolnshire Wolds. It's a barn conversion for two people. One bedroom, one bathroom. It's got a 4 Star rating, which means it's quite nice inside, done to a good standard.
It's part of a small group of properties around a farmyard. You'll see the other cottages, but you've got your own front door and a bit of private outdoor space. It's quiet here. The grounds are big and open, with fields all around.
The village shop and pub are about a fifteen minute walk. They're fine for basics. Market Rasen is about seven miles away if you need bigger shops, or its racecourse if that's your thing.
You're right in the Wolds for walking or cycling. You can start straight from the door. The coast is about half an hour's drive east, at places like Mablethorpe. It's sandy beach, classic seaside. Lincoln is a bit further, maybe 45 minutes, but the cathedral and the old bit around the castle are worth the trip.
Facilities wise: there's a hot tub on site that's shared between the cottages, but it's in its own area. You've got parking, wifi, a TV, and bedding and towels are included. There's a cot and highchair if you need them. The kitchen has the usual things. No pets.
