Cottage 7. It's one of the newer places on the park, near Ashby Hill. Sleeps four in two bedrooms, and there are two shower rooms. You get a 4 Star rating with it.
The main thing is the view. You're on a lake, basically. Big windows on the first floor look right out over the water and fields beyond. There's a terrace with a bench outside, that's yours. You'll see all sorts out there: geese, rabbits, sometimes deer.
It's on a 44-acre country park, so you can walk straight out from the door. Useful link for the area: Lincolnshire Wildlife Trust.
Inside, it's open plan downstairs. It's clean and modern. The facilities list says what's included: TV, wifi, all bedding and towels. Parking is right outside.
Location wise, you're about fifteen minutes from the coast at Cleethorpes if you want a proper beach day. Inland, Louth is a market town, about twenty minutes by car. Lincoln, with the cathedral and castle, is around forty minutes' drive. Good for a day out.
No pets allowed, I'm afraid.
