May's Mews

This is May's Mews in Binbrook. It's a barn conversion for two people, one bedroom, one bathroom. It's got a 4 Star rating so everything is in good order.

The barn is set back in its own bit of garden, so it's quiet. You get a patio area with a barbecue. There's also a shared hot tub in a separate courtyard.

Inside, it's been done up but they kept some of the old barn features. It's all on one level which is handy. You've got the usual things: TV, WiFi, parking right outside. Bedding and towels are included. There's a cot and highchair if you need them.

Binbrook village has a shop and a pub, about a 15 minute walk. The pub does food.

You can walk straight out from the door into the Lincolnshire Wolds. It's good for cycling too. If you want to ride horses or fish, there are places nearby.

For a day out, Market Rasen is about 7 miles away. It's got a racecourse and shops. Louth is a nice Georgian town with a market, and Horncastle is known for antiques. The coast at Mablethorpe or Skegness is about half an hour's drive. Lincoln is excellent, the cathedral and castle are worth the trip.
