The Hay Barn
The Hay Barn is a converted barn on our working farm in North Willingham. It's part of a group of a few others. It's for two people.
It has one bedroom but two bathrooms, which is handy. There's a shower in the main one. It's got a 4 Star rating. It's comfortable and modern inside, but you can still see some of the old barn features. There's a wood burner for colder nights, and a patio with a barbecue outside.
You're right in the Lincolnshire Wolds. The views from here are good, just fields. You can walk straight out from the door. We've got a lake on the farm if you want to do a bit of fishing. You can store bikes here if you bring them.
It's quiet. The village is small. For a shop or a pub, you'll need to go to Market Rasen, which is about four miles. It has what you need. The racecourse is there if that's your thing. Horncastle is known for antique shops and isn't far. Louth is a nice market town a bit further on.
The coast is about a half hour drive. Mablethorpe and Skegness have the sandy beaches. Lincoln is in the other direction, also about half an hour. The cathedral is worth seeing.
Facilities are all there: WiFi, TV, a washing machine, dishwasher. Bedding and towels are included. We allow up to two dogs. There's parking right outside.
