Fiddledrill Barn
Fiddledrill Barn is in Benniworth, near Horncastle. It's a converted barn on our farm, but it's detached and you're not overlooked. The views from here are good. It's quiet.
It sleeps five in three bedrooms. Each bedroom has its own bathroom, which saves arguments. It's got a 5 Star rating, so everything's in good order and it's comfortable.
The garden is enclosed, which is handy if you're bringing dogs or kids. There's a patio area and a decent sized lawn. You can walk straight out from the door onto the paths. It's in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, so the walking is the main thing.
Horncastle and Louth are about ten miles away for shops and cafes. Lincoln is fifteen miles. That's where the cathedral and the castle are. The Battle of Britain Memorial Flight is based nearby at RAF Coningsby.
If you like horse racing, Market Rasen is close. For antiques, Hemswell is about fifteen miles. The east coast beaches, like Skegness, are a bit further, maybe forty-five minutes by car.
Facilities: there's parking, WiFi, a washing machine, and we provide bedding. We can put a cot and highchair in for you. We take up to two dogs. There's bike storage if you bring them. It's got central heating so it's fine for winter stays.
