Cringle House

Cringle House is in Guisborough. It's a modern semi-detached house on a quiet normal street. You get the whole place, and the garden is enclosed.

It sleeps four. Two bedrooms upstairs, one bathroom with a shower over the bath. The twin beds can be zipped together to make a super king if you ask beforehand. It's got a 4 Star rating. It's clean, modern, and comfortable.

Downstairs is one open plan room. Kitchen with a breakfast bar, then the living area with sofas and a TV. Glass doors open to the garden. There's a washing machine, WiFi, and parking on the drive.

You can bring up to two dogs. We provide a cot and a highchair if you need them.

The house is on the edge of Guisborough Forest. There are walking and cycling trails right from the door, and a play park nearby for kids.

Guisborough itself is a market town. There's a shop, pubs, and places to eat. The old priory ruins are in the middle of town. The North York Moors National Park starts pretty much here. Roseberry Topping is a popular walk, and Captain Cook's Monument is up there too.

The coast is about six miles away. You can drive to Saltburn, Staithes, Runswick Bay, or Whitby within half an hour. The Cleveland Way path runs along the cliff tops there. Some of the beaches are good for surfing.
