Cherry Pip is a wooden cottage on a private estate called Nutley Edge. It's about a fifteen minute drive from Haywards Heath station. The cottage itself is one of a group of twelve on the site.
It sleeps four. Two bedrooms, one bathroom. It's a 3 Star place, so it's clean and comfortable without being high-end. The main living area is a good size and there's a deck out the back. The view from there is nice, just fields and trees. You have access to about eleven acres of land here, which you can walk around. There are some woods and a stream.
The deck is not fully enclosed, but the garden area around it is. You can bring up to two dogs. There's a washing machine, a TV, and the wifi works. Bedding and towels are included. We can provide a cot and a highchair if you need them. Parking is right outside.
It's run by a charity called Outward. The money from your stay goes towards their work, which is helping disadvantaged people. That's it, really.
For things to do, the Ashdown Forest is right on the doorstep. You can just walk into it. Standen House is about a twenty minute drive. Glyndebourne is about half an hour away. If you want the coast, Eastbourne and its beaches are roughly thirty minutes by car.
