Cherry Pip is a cottage on Horney Common, near Nutley in East Sussex. It's part of a small estate called Nutley Edge, which has about a dozen other cottages. The estate is owned by a charity.
It sleeps four people in two bedrooms. There's one bathroom. The place has a 3 Star rating, so it's comfortable and clean but not luxurious.
The cottage is timber-clad. Inside, the living area is quite spacious. Outside, there's a decked area with good views. The whole estate is about 11 acres, with fields and some woodland to walk around. You're allowed to bring up to two dogs.
Facilities include a washing machine, WiFi, and TV. There's a cot and a highchair if you need them. Bedding and towels are included. There's parking right outside, and the garden is enclosed.
For things to do, Ashdown Forest is on your doorstep. The villages of Forest Row and Hartfield are close by. If you drive for about half an hour, you can get to places like Tunbridge Wells, Lewes, or the Bluebell Railway. The coast at Eastbourne is a similar distance.
