Little Saxby is the annexe to our house in Crowborough. It's self-contained, so you've got your own front door.
It's for two people. One bedroom, one bathroom. It's a 4 Star rating, which means it's well looked after. The bedroom is upstairs and has a good view out over the rooftops to the fields. You can see Ashdown Forest from there.
We're up on the hill, so it's quiet. There's a private patio out the back with a table and chairs. It gets the sun in the afternoon. Parking is on the gravel area at the front.
Inside, it's just as it looks in the pictures. The kitchen has what you need, including a dishwasher. The living room is comfortable. There's a TV and the WiFi works fine.
For facilities, we've listed everything. Bedding and towels are included. No pets, I'm afraid.
You can walk into Crowborough town centre in about 15 minutes. There's a Co-op and other shops. The nearest pub is The Crowborough Cross, which is a five-minute walk away. They do food.
You're right on the edge of Ashdown Forest here. For a proper walk, you can drive to the Ashdown Forest Centre in about 10 minutes. Hartfield, where the Winnie-the-Pooh stuff is, is about a 15-minute drive.
If you want to go further, Tunbridge Wells is about 20 minutes by car. Lewes is maybe 40 minutes. The coast is under an hour. Brighton that way, or Eastbourne the other.
