Birch Cottage
Birch Cottage is on Horney Common, near Nutley. It's part of a small estate of cottages called Nutley Edge. The estate is owned by a charity and the profits go to their work, which is nice.
It's a two-bedroom cottage, sleeps four. There's one bathroom. It has a 3 Star rating, so it's comfortable and clean without being luxurious.
The living room is a good size. Outside, there's a decked area with a table and chairs. The view from there looks out over the estate's fields. You've got your own enclosed garden too. The estate has about 11 acres of land you can walk around. There are woods and a stream.
Nutley village is close. It has a couple of shops and places to eat. The nearest big supermarket is in Uckfield, about a 15 minute drive.

Bewl Water is maybe 25 minutes away. They do sailing and fishing there. Royal Tunbridge Wells is about half an hour's drive.
Facilities: it has a washing machine, dishwasher, TV, and WiFi. Bedding and towels are included. There's parking right outside. You can bring up to two dogs. There's a cot and a highchair if you need them.
The whole group of 12 cottages can be booked together for big get-togethers, like weddings.
