Elm Cottage is in Horney Common, East Sussex. It's one of five cottages on the Nutley Edge estate. You'll have your own decked area and garden.
It sleeps four. Two bedrooms, one bathroom. It's a 3 Star place, so it's comfortable and clean but not luxurious.
You can bring up to two dogs. The view from the deck over the fields is great. You're free to walk around the estate's eleven acres.
The cottage is owned by a charity called Outward, so your stay helps them with their work.
Nutley village has a shop and places to eat, it's not far. Uckfield for supermarkets is about fifteen minutes by car.
You're right on the edge of Ashdown Forest. Good for walking or cycling. Bewl Water is about a twenty minute drive if you fancy sailing or fishing.
For a gentler day out, Sheffield Park and Garden is nearby. Or you can drive to Scotney Castle in under half an hour.
The facilities are what you'd expect: a washing machine, WiFi, TV. Parking right outside. Bedding and towels are included.
