Kerrim Cottage is a terraced cottage in Ringford, near the Solway Coast. It's a two bedroom place that sleeps four. You've got one double downstairs and a twin room upstairs. There's one shower room.
Inside, it's open plan downstairs so the kitchen and living area are together. There's a conservatory on the back which is a bright spot. It's got a 3 Star rating, so it's comfortable and clean.
The village is small. There's no shop here, but there's a bus stop. You'd drive to Kirkcudbright for shops, that's about ten minutes. It's a nice town on the river with cafes and an art gallery at Broughton House. Castle Douglas is about fifteen minutes the other way, they've got good food shops and butchers.
You're close to the coast. Sandy beaches and cliff walks are a short drive. For walking or cycling inland, the Galloway Forest Park is big and empty. If you're into mountain biking, the nearest 7Stanes trail is at Kirroughtree, which is about half an hour away.
Facilities at the cottage: there's a dishwasher, washing machine, WiFi, and TV. Bedding and towels are included. There's a garden and space to store bikes. No pets, I'm afraid.
