A Georgian ground floor apartment, conveniently situated in a quiet residential area in the heart of Barmouth. With its cafés, pubs, shops, museums, galleries, harbour, sea and miles of golden sandy beaches you can’t go wrong with Glasynys.
As you enter the apartment the first room on your left is the very modern kitchen providing all the essentials for your stay. Through the kitchen is a patio door leading to the outside walled courtyard with picnic table and benches along with a barbecue for you to enjoy during your stay. The living area with gas fire to relax and get cosy in the evenings, has a Smart TV and DVD player, with views of ‘The Rock’ as a bonus. There are two bedrooms, a king-size room and a spacious twin. The main bathroom offers a double shower and toilet. There’s plenty of space for everyone to get together and enjoy this lovely location. As the apartment is in a residential area, on-street parking is unrestricted and you can normally park right outside.
Further parking is available in the town car parks, just a short walk away. Activities on offer include stand-up paddle-boarding, boat trips, fishing, sea swimming, rock climbing, walking and cycling. Head to Coed-y-Brenin for mountain biking, Royal St David’s for the links golf course in Harlech or for adrenaline seekers there’s Zip World Slate Caverns at Blaenau Ffestiniog.
There are many historic sites, castles, museums and events to be enjoyed. Being close to southern Snowdonia you can enjoy many footpaths and cycle routes, fishing, varied activities and events alongside the breath-taking scenery. There is something for everyone at Glasynys all year round.
