The kitchen has an additional seating area with patio doors leading out onto the rear garden area with stunning sea views looking over to Abersoch in the distance. On the first floor there’s a family bathroom with separate bath and shower cubicle, and a handy separate toilet. The master bedroom has a lovely balcony area with sea views, the perfect spot to watch the evenings sun set or enjoy a morning brew from.
