Awel Y Mor

This delightful bungalow is situated on the Cambrian Coast in the village of Talybont, just north of Barmouth and only half a mile from the sandy beach. There’s a lovely rear garden and conservatory to relax in with a glass of wine, or you can walk down the hill into the village where there is a pub and an Italian restaurant serving delicious food. The wide, sandy beach stretches for miles and offers some great walking opportunities. The seaside resort of Barmouth is just 5 miles away, whilst to the north is Harlech which features a great choice of eateries and its mighty Edward I castle which broods dramatically over the town. The pretty market town of Dolgellau is well worth exploring, whilst several of the great little trains of Wales are within easy reach. For the more adventurous, Blaenau Ffestiniog offers underground trampolining and zip wire. Beach ½ mile. Shop 1 mile, pub and restaurant ¼ mile.
