Hare's Hideaway

Hare’s Hideaway is a well-equipped spacious cottage, featuring loads of light from the sky lights and oval windows. It is perfect for couples, friends, and small families. Originally part of the farm, the cottage has been renovated to a good standard with a wealth of beams throughout. Situated on a working farm, there’s tons of outdoor exploring to do. As you enter Hare’s Hideaway you are greeted by a spacious open plan, well-equipped kitchen and dining area, for all your self-catering needs. The open living area includes a TV plus a DVD player and stereo system. Moving downstairs to the bedrooms, are three fantastic bedrooms sleeping up to six, each offering kingsize beds and each with en-suite bathrooms, making a very comfortable stay.
Just six miles from Aberystwyth, this popular university town offers some contemporary options for evenings out, perhaps try the popular SY23 restaurant for a unique dining experience of their unbelievable tasting menu, explore the many museums, archives and galleries revealing a depth of heritage to be discovered. To see where the earliest inhabitants of Aberystwyth lived, visit Pendinas hillfort, just to the south of today’s harbour. It overlooks the town and most of Cardigan Bay. Or why not just relax and enjoy the view at a table on Aberystwyth promenade, or dangle your feet over the sea wall as you enjoy a bit of street food or an ice cream as you watch the world go by. For the more adventurous types, there is Bwlch Nant yr Arian Forest Visitor Centre, it is well-known for its long-established tradition of daily feeding of red kites and there is a range of waymarked trails for walkers, mountain bikers and runners, one place not to be missed. The Granary provides a great opportunity for a fun rural experience on a working farm. Backed by rugged and wild countryside and only a short drive away from the mountains and an even closer drive to see the coast. Locations don’t get much better than this for exploring the most stunning scenery in Mid Wales.
