Gelli Hir is a semi-detached cottage situated in its own 10 acres of grounds with two lakes. Beyond the lawned garden we invite you to enjoy the sights and sounds of nature, here you’ll find the country escape you’re after.
Located 3 miles from Tregaron for basic amenities and ‘Y Talbot’ pub and hotel.
Gelli Hir consists of open plan living space, comprising a well-equipped kitchen area, dining area and living area with gas wood burning stove and Smart TV. There is also a separate utility room. The property accommodates up to 4 guests across three bedrooms, comprising one double bedroom and two single rooms, along with a family shower room. Outside is a patio area with garden furniture and lawned area.
Places to see include the Cors Caron National Nature Reserve, this has a wheelchair accessible boardwalk and carpark access including toilets to a child friendly cycle route on a disused railway line, the Ystwyth Trail. Other sights further afield for rugged walks include Devils bridge waterfalls and the Hafod estate run by the National Trust. Slightly further afield, you can explore the delights of coastal Ceredigion, including 60 miles of coastal path, sandy beaches, quiet coves and pretty seaside towns including Aberaeron, New Quay and Aberystwyth.
