This delightful semi-detached cottage has been lovingly renovated by the owners on their 250 acre sheep and beef farm and also offers stabling for your horse. Dogs are also welcome too and you will find an exercise paddock close to the cottage. It is nestled in the hillside near the small hamlet of Llanllwni where you can find the village pub/restaurant and post office and close to the market town on Llanybydder complete with shops, pubs and cafes. From your doorstep you can enjoy unrivalled footpaths surrounding the farm and opens up lots of walking and mountain biking opportunities close by.
Mile and a Half Cottage is next to the owners farmhouse and has been renovated throughout in 2021, as you enter the cottage the contemporary galley style kitchen is perfect to cook that special meal and leads through into the living/dining room, here you can cosy up in front of the wood burner or relax with a good book, on the first floor each bedroom has been lovingly furnished to provide the perfect night’s sleep. You are only a 35-minute drive from stunning Cardigan Bay and here you can explore the many beaches and coves along it, stop off in New Quay or Aberaeron to find a delightful choice of cafes, pubs, restaurants and independent shops. Why not take a boat to spot the resident bottlenose dolphins out in the bay. For days out enjoy the Dolaucothi Goldmines where you can take an underground tour, Brechfa forest for mountain biking and walking or take a day trip to the famous walled town of Tenby to enjoy some swimming or building sandcastles with your children, Oakwood and Folly Farm Zoo are also a great day out.
