Situated by the coastal path between Aberporth to the south and Penbryn and Llangrannog to the north, Nyth Bran is an imposing, quality holiday home in the small coastal village of Tresaith. The large, arched living room window of this comfortable, well-equipped house, with its balcony, looks out onto fantastic coastal views. Watch out to sea for seals and dolphins - often seen in the bay when the sea is quiet.

It is just a short stroll from Nyth Bran to the delightful sandy Tresaith beach, with its dramatic waterfall, the beauty of which has meant its inclusion a number of times in recent years, most recently in May 2022, in the Times List of Best beaches in the UK. The beach is never crowded because of limited parking. Enjoy the regular dinghy sailing club activities on Sundays, or take a walk in the evening or early morning on the wide empty beach - pure escapism!

The bustling town of Cardigan, with its independent shops, places of historical interest and regular events, is close by. This is an ideal spot from which to explore both Pembrokeshire and Ceredigion.
