Ocean View House is a charming, detached property named for its fantastic views out across New Quay and the picture postcard Cardigan Bay. This spacious property is perfect for friends and family to enjoy together and ideally located to explore the delights of the coastal resort of New Quay. You can take a stroll into the village, complete with a picture postcard harbour, coffee shops, restaurants and a golden sandy beach ideal for sunbathing, swimming or building sandcastles. Enjoy fish and chips sitting on the harbour walls whilst looking for the resident dolphins. For a closer look, take a boat trip out to see a host of different sea life.
Enjoy relaxing on a evening in the living room with a glass of wine or retire to the snug with a good book whilst your children are busy in the games room, complete with a pool table and air hockey. In the morning enjoy a coffee in the sun room overlooking the well-kept lawned garden, which is enclosed and perfect for children to let off some steam. Upstairs, each bright and airy bedroom is well decorated and presented to a good standard and with two bedrooms boasting an en-suite bathroom.
