Panoramic Loft is situated in an enviable elevated position overlooking the owner’s meadows, out across the rolling hills of Ceredigion and over the glorious Cardigan Bay. This beautiful first floor apartment, renovated to a high standard in 2022, has incredible views from the living room. It is set on a small holding with chickens and your own wildflower meadow to stroll or exercise your furry friends. Close to the coastal resort of New Quay and set adjacent to the owner’s home, it’s the perfect base for couples or small families looking for an unforgettable adventure.

The open plan kitchen dining and living room are flooded with natural light and boast magnificent views. The modern kitchen is perfect for cooking that special meal and you can dine whilst enjoying the views. There is also a kingsize pull-out sofa bed in the living area. The master double bedroom has been elegantly finished to a very high standard and offers a fantastic mix of comfort and luxury.

Steps lead down to the enclosed garden with an elevated decked area, perfect for watching the soaring kites and buzzards that are plentiful here. New Quay, famed for its tranquil fishing harbour and connections to the late Welsh poet Dylan Thomas, is just a 10-minute drive and provides a good selections of cafes, traditional Welsh pubs and restaurants, as well as its lovely beach. A visit to the resort would not be complete without a memorable boat ride from the harbour, along the picturesque coastline cruising close to rare seabirds, grey seals and the occasional bottlenose dolphin. The charming regency town of Aberaeron with its multi-coloured houses, and university town of Aberystwyth are within easy reach and provide interesting days out.
