This leads onto the well equipped kitchen and breakfast island where you can enjoy breakfast, or take in the balmy summers day and dine alfresco in the enclosed lawned garden. Take a 5-minute drive to New Quay with its pretty harbour, coffee shops, restaurants and a picture postcard beach ideal for swimming, building sandcastles, or enjoy a stroll on the golden sands. From the beach you can spot bottlenose dolphins, or in season, dolphin survey boat trips are available from the sheltered harbour. The county of Ceredigion has a host of sights and attractions to explore, and the local area has lots to offer with the sandy beaches of Llangrannog, Tresaith, Penbryn and Mwnt just a short drive away. The charming regency town of Aberaeron with its multi-coloured houses and attractive harbour is well worth a visit too. Whether you decide to explore this wonderful area on foot, by bicycle or by car, you are sure of a fun-filled day out with plenty to do.
