Come and discover the delights of Swn-y-don this truly stunning seafront holiday home that has been refurbished in 2022 to an extremely high standard with luxury touches throughout. This traditional fisherman cottage boasts enviable sea views where you can watch the boats coming and going or spot dolphins breaking the ocean surface from your living room.
This cottage is perfectly situated for New Quay being central to the village which is host to many shops, cafes, pubs, and restaurants with many eateries focusing on locally sourced produce and of course freshly caught sea fish, sit back and relax on the harbour walls with fresh fish and chips is not to be missed! A few yards away are a choice of three truly spectacular beaches with two being dog friendly, water sports and boat trips can be arranged from here too. Enjoy cooking that special meal within your modern contemporary well-equipped kitchen with bold colours and tilled floors and leads through glass doors into your open plan living and dining room that boasts solid wood floors, exposed stone walls and large windows that flood the room with natural light and make the most of these fantastic views. Each bedroom has been elegantly designed to offer the ultimate in comfort to ensure a great night’s sleep, the master bedroom is on the 2nd floor and boasts ensuite facilities, vaulted ceilings and beams. Dining alfresco here really is a must with a gas BBQ situated on your private terrace complete with garden furniture makes this a great space for all year-round enjoyment with your family.
There’s the coastal path itself, and no shortage of beaches either ready to discover on foot from your property. Try the secluded National Trust cove of Cwmtydu, where seal pups can often be seen during the autumn months. The colourful Georgian harbour town of Aberaeron is nearby and is worth a visit, as is the National Trust property of Llanerchaeron.
Visit the coastal towns of Aberystwyth or Cardigan, both an easy drive away, or venture inland to the market towns of Lampeter, Tregaron or Newcastle Emlyn.
