A visit to the resort town of Tenby would not be complete without a memorable boat trip to the island of Caldey, where visitors can share the serenity of the Cistercian monks, who have made this holy island home for hundreds of years. For a family day out, visit the awarding-winning leisure attractions of Oakwood, Heatherton and Folly Farm, all within a 20-minute drive. Outdoor activities at Llys-y-Frân Lake just 3¾ miles away include both water and land-based recreational fun including sailing, kayaking, canoeing stand up paddle and pedal boarding, cycling, Pump Skills Track, bike hire, axe and knife throwing, how to fire a crossbow or have a go at archery. Also Clerkenhill Adventure Farm and Frizbee Golf Course.
