A detached waterside home with absolutely fabulous uninterrupted panoramic views from every room and terrace overlooking the ever changing Haven Waterway of ’little England beyond Wales’. This ’upside down’ home has themed nautical decor throughout with subtle shades of maritime blue. On the entrance level is the hall, kitchen and sitting/dining room from where patio doors open onto a small balcony with an occasional table and chairs. Open plan stairs lead from the hall down to the bathroom and bedrooms, both with stunning views and French doors to the terrace.
Pembroke Dock ½ mile away has a range of amenities including bank, post office, library with internet access, supermarkets, filling station, chemist, doctor and vet . The Waterway fascinates at any time of the year - just relax and watch the comings and goings of the leisure yachts and commercial shipping - the Irish Ferry sails in twice daily. This is Wales’ largest estuary with numerous areas of ’special scientific interest’.
With big windows overlooking the waterway, it is a birdwatchers paradise! Watch and wonder at the vast array of wildfowl and waders, as the tide comes and goes. Beach 6 miles. Pub and restaurant ¼ mile.
