This gorgeous property is set in one of the most enviable of locations, perched on the edge of the meandering ’Secret Waterway’, the River Cleddau and within a Site of Special Scientific Interest and Special Area of Conservation with direct access to the foreshore from your private slipway, which beholds an abundance of wildlife to be spotted - it’s a paradise for bird lovers and water enthusiasts.
Parc Villa is located on the edge of the beautiful coastal hamlet of Llangwm within the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park and around a 15 minute drive to the historic market town of Pembroke, complete with shops, cafés, galleries and restaurants. Each room has been thoughtfully designed to encompass these magnificent estuary views, where you can take in some truly exceptional sunrises and sunsets from the terrace with a glass of wine, or enjoy curling up in front of the wood burner - the perfect combination! A 35 minute drive away is the coastal resort of Tenby surrounded by medieval walls, built to fortify the town. Archways through the wall lead into the town with cobbled streets which in turn leads down to the beautiful harbour and award-winning beach. The golden, sandy beach and turquoise waters are ideal for sunbathing, swimming, fishing and kayaking, and makes a great day out. Oakwood, Wales’ largest theme-park, Folly Farm Zoo and Heatherton World of Adventure are all within 20 minutes. Beach 10 miles.
