Barn Cottage
This is a lovely barn conversion with three bedrooms, one with en-suite facilities, and a master bathroom for the other guests. The open plan space downstairs makes for a great place to socialise and the inglenook fireplace with a large log burner adds lots of character. Outside there is a large garden with a decked area, overlooking the whole valley. There is also a bar area in the garden with stools, great for sitting out in the evening and enjoying the sounds of the wildlife and watching the sunset.
Accessed via a rough track, the property is situated on a 200-acre plot of open countryside and woodland where the owner, who lives on-site, allows sheep, alpacas and emus to roam free. There are also fishing lakes in the grounds and guests can partake in coarse fishing by arrangement with the owner. Being situated on the old Gower pathway, you can walk from the Uplands right down to Rhossili Bay. Beach 8 miles. Shop 4 miles, pub and restaurant 2½ miles.
