Wake up to beautiful views inside one of the two comfortable bedrooms, both overlooking the gardens and the bay beyond. Sharing the same views, the porch is the perfect place to sit and enjoy the view with your morning coffee or evening tipple. The rest of the accommodation is made up of a spacious living room boasting a comfortable seating area with a wall-mounted TV and a dining area, a separate well-equipped kitchen and utility area, and a bathroom with a shower over the bath. The shared gardens are mature with a patio area, including a firepit and BBQ area further down the garden, as well as a footpath leading to the beach below. Whilst the gardens are shared with the owners that live on-site, guests are able to use the gardens at leisure during their stay!

The Gower is an area of outstanding natural beauty so it’s fair to say there are some beautiful places to explore, from country parks and castles to golf courses and gardens.
For some hustle and bustle, a short drive to Swansea or The Mumbles. Swansea is the second biggest city in Wales and has lots to offer including leisure activities, shopping centres, theatre, and cinemas as well as an abundance of places to eat and drink! The Mumbles is a traditional fishing town full of history, with a Victorian Pier, a Lighthouse built in 1794 and Oystermouth Castle. The bustling, boutique high street here has lots of independent shops, cafés and restaurants. Beach 200 yards.
