If you fancy a city break, this two-bedroom, traditional Welsh terraced property is in the heart of Morriston, which sits on the outskirts of Swansea, Wales’ second largest city. The property is just off the main street and there are plenty of local amenities nearby, with cafés, takeaways and shops all within walking distance. The Swansea. com stadium is a stone’s throw away, so why not try and catch a game of football while you’re here?
The house has all the necessary essentials and makes a comfortable base for visiting the area. The accommodation is complemented by traditional furnishings throughout. As you enter the ground floor there is a living/dining room which even has a piano and workspace, a small kitchen and modern shower room. A lean-to leads out to the rear garden, which is surprisingly quiet given the central location. Upstairs there are two generous double bedrooms, one with an en-suite toilet. Just a ten-minute drive from Swansea city centre, there is plenty to see and do during your break. Swansea has lots to offer, including a beautiful seafront, shopping, nightlife and all sorts of activities and events year-round. Further afield, The Gower offers even more to explore; famous for its stunning coastline and beaches, there are some must visit spots to check out. A car is recommended for getting around, with great road links and easy access to the M4 if you’re looking to see more of South Wales. Glantawe House is a great base for anyone looking for no frills accommodation as a base to explore what Swansea & South Wales has to offer.
