Set in a quiet cul-de-sac 4 miles from the town of Rhayader this detached bungalow is perfect for families and friends alike, with a lovely open fire in the living room it is great for a break at any time of the year. It has a spacious kitchen/dining area, ideal for families to get together and enjoy their evening meal. There is also a lovely sun room at the rear of the property which is ideally placed for watching the sunset in the evenings. Rhayader is the gateway to the Elan Valley and you will find plenty to do. There are some great walks to be had in the area and the Dams at Elan Valley are just stunning, fabulous for a bike ride around the dams too. Should you wish to bring your bikes with you, they can be stored in the utility room. Shop, pub and restaurant 4 miles.
