Cosy Corner is an ideal property for those looking for a romantic getaway and to explore the surrounding areas, the property is an annexe on a working farm, an open plan living space with exposed stone walls and log burning stove - nothing more relaxing than watching the flames whilst drinking a glass of wine on a chilly winter evening.
Cosy corner is 2 miles from Talgarth - plenty of shops here and pubs and restaurant, also the Mill for fresh bread. It is 9 miles from the town of Brecon, with its abundance of coffee shops and historic places to visit such as the Royal Welsh Museum and Brecon Cathedral. The property is also 8 miles from the literary town of Hay-on-Wye which holds the famous Hay Festival every year and has some lovely quaint book shops and patisseries. Cardiff and Swansea are roughly an hour’s drive from the property and offer fun-filled days out.
This is a fabulous base for those wanting to explore the area whether it be on foot or by bicycle. For the more adventurous why not take a walk-up Pen y Fan, the highest peak in South Wales. There are so many walks to be had from the front door, it is certainly the perfect spot for your holiday.
