The Stables

The Stables is a beautifully converted barn set in an idyllic location with walnut trees surrounding the property and stunning views of the countryside. It was refurbished in 2021 and makes for a perfect rural retreat, great for couples or small groups looking for a relaxing getaway in a contemporary property.
This charming barn lies just 1 mile outside Whitchurch, a bustling market where you will find a variety of restaurants, pubs and great shopping opportunities. Just 6 miles away is the historical town of Monmouth, with a golf course.
Generously sized, The Stables contains three double bedrooms, two of which are located on the ground floor. Situated on the first floor is an impressive kingsize bedroom with a gallery, containing a seating area. The dining, kitchen and living area is all open plan and you will find features such as framed original paintings and a gold chandelier from the Thai Embassy. The living space downstairs leads out to a pretty, little courtyard area with garden furniture and a barbecue to enjoy, especially in the summer months. There is also a second small garden area in another part of the property, which can be used to dry washing and lock up bikes. Shop, pub and restaurant 1 mile.
