Walnut Cottage is the perfect country getaway to spend time with your friends and family. Set in an idyllic location with walnut trees surrounding the property and stunning views of the countryside, it’s great for families, couples or small groups looking for a relaxing, rural retreat.
The cottage lies just 1 mile outside Whitchurch, a bustling village, where there is a thriving shop and cafe, an Indian restaurant, other restaurants, and a fifteenth century pub and restaurant close by. There are also several garages nearby, with small supermarkets. Llangrove village is very close, with a lovely old pub, church, school and village hall with milk vending machine. Just 6 miles away is the historical town of Monmouth, with two well-known and attractive golf courses, and a bit further is the historic market town of Ross-on-Wye.
All bedrooms have amazing views over the local farmland stretching as far as the Malvern Hills. The outside area is a great place to soak up the sun and enjoy time with friends and family at all times of the year. Shops, pub and restaurant 1 mile.
