This luxurious Barn conversion set within the owners grounds offers spacious accommodation set in the Herefordshire countryside enjoying fantastic views of the surrounding farmland and beyond to the Black Mountains.
Set just 4 miles from the city of Hereford, which offers a range of independent bars, shops and restaurants for guests to enjoy. Nearby, there are many walks to enjoy through the Herefordshire countryside, as well as places of historical interest to visit, such as the cathedral in Hereford city, The Black and White House Museum, and Hereford Cider Museum. You can take some real Herefordshire cider back to the property to enjoy on the large patio to the rear of the property, where you can enjoy the views. There is a private patio to the rear of the property accessed via the bi fold doors from the living room. Parking for two cars and there is also a car charging point.
Largely set on one level there are some steps within the property. There is underfloor heating throughout the property. Open living room, dining room and kitchen area. Living room includes a large corner sofa, wall mounted Smart TV and bifold doors which lead to the patio. There are two steps which lead up to the kitchen. Kitchen has a large breakfast bar, dishwasher, electric cooker, and hob, washing machine, wine cooler and microwave. Bedroom sleeps two in a king-sized bed with a wall mounted Smart TV. After that, you have another bedroom with a king size zip and link bed with a wall mounted Smart TV. Two steps lead to the bathroom with everything required!
