The Roosting Place
The Roosting Place has been renovated to a high standard in 2021 and is a great base for exploring the surrounding countryside, Gloucestershire, Monmouthshire and Worcestershire. This lovely, detached, romantic retreat is suitable for all ages, located on the owners’ small holding with their pet sheep and pigs. It is an idyllic retreat from the hustle and bustle of daily life.
For those looking for an adventure, The Roosting Place has easy access to the Forest Adventure Outdoor Centre, Puzzlewood, Clearwood Caves and the Soldiers of Gloucestershire Museum. Alternatively, visit the English Heritage’s Goodrich Castle, National Trust’s Round House and Naval Temple, and Norchard Railway Station Museum on the Dean Forest Railway.
