This is a deceptively large space and as you enter through the front door you are greeted by the open kitchen with a big living/dining area to the right and the large bedroom to the left with en-suite facilities with a shower seat. This property has views of the open countryside and at the rear it is bathed in sunshine all day.

The owner and your host really would like you to enjoy his home and he conveniently lives right next door to the property. You are very close to the market town of Horsham on the upper reaches of the River Arun on the fringe of the Weald in West Sussex. This town has a plethora of eateries including a Michelin starred 16th-century restaurant, renowned fo for Modern British food with a French edge. With lots of parks, woods, Knepp Wildland Safaris, a cinema and lots of attractions that you would expect from an old Sussex town, Horsham won’t let you down. There is literally plenty to do here and there are lots of places to walk and make some amazing memories of your Sussex Staycation.
