The Grainery is on High Farm Holiday Park, near the villages of Routh and Leven. It's about halfway between Hornsea on the coast and Beverley.
It's a barn conversion, so you've got the exposed brick and beams. It sleeps six, in three bedrooms. Each bedroom has its own bathroom, which is handy. There's a twin room on the ground floor. The stairs to the first floor are proper cottage stairs, a bit steeper than modern ones.
The main living area is open plan with big windows. There's a decent kitchen with a gas hob and electric oven, plus a dishwasher. The sofas are comfortable. Outside, you have your own patio seating area in a shared courtyard. There's parking right there, and an electric vehicle charger.
The holiday park itself has a lot going on. There's a fishing lake, a par 3 golf course, a nature reserve walk, and a kids' play area. There's also a small shop and a licensed café on site.
Hornsea is about ten minutes by car. It's a traditional seaside town with a beach and a mere for birdwatching. Beverley is about twenty minutes the other way. It's a nice market town with a minster and cobbled streets.
You can get to the Yorkshire Wolds for walks, or to York city centre, in under an hour if you fancy a day trip. The Welcome to Yorkshire site has good information for planning. For local heritage, English Heritage Yorkshire lists the main sites.
Facilities are all included. Bedding, towels, electricity. There's a cot available. No pets are allowed. The park has a launderette you can use.
