The Tack Rooms are on High Farm Holiday Park near Routh. It's between Hornsea and Beverley. The cottage is all on the ground floor, which is good if you don't want stairs. It's one of five converted barns around a big courtyard.
It sleeps four. Two bedrooms, both with their own bathrooms. One has a kingsize bed and a jacuzzi bath, the other is a twin with a shower. They've got high ceilings with beams and brickwork.
Inside, it's bright. The kitchen has what you'd need: oven, hob, dishwasher, plenty of worktop. There's a table to eat at. The living room has sofas and a TV. You can get WiFi.
Outside, you get your own bit of patio with seating. The shared courtyard has some plants. The park itself has a fishing lake, a nature walk, and a small 9-hole golf course. There's a kids' play area and a field. There's an on-site shop and a café that does drinks and cakes.
The nearest pub is a short drive away. Hornsea is about ten minutes by car for the beach. Beverley is maybe fifteen minutes the other way for the town and the Minster. The Yorkshire Wolds are nice for walks and are within half an hour. York is about 45 minutes if you fancy a day trip.
Parking is right outside. You can bring up to two dogs. Bedding and towels are included. There's a cot if you need it. The place has a 4 Star rating.
