Regent Cottage is on Regent Terrace in Beverley. It's an end of terrace house on a quiet street, about a five minute walk into the town centre.
It sleeps six in three bedrooms. Two are upstairs with a shared shower room between them. One is downstairs, off the living area. There's also a main bathroom on the ground floor with a bath and a shower.
The living space is all open plan. The kitchen has bi-fold doors that open onto the courtyard. There's underfloor heating. It's a 4 Star place, so it's well kept and modern.
Outside, there's a small enclosed courtyard with a hot tub. You can hear the Minster bells from there sometimes.
Beverley itself is a good market town. Decent shops, a couple of cinemas, plenty of pubs. The racecourse is nearby. The Westwood is a big open common area on the edge of town, good for a walk. You can get the train to Hull or York from here quite easily.
About a 30 minute drive gets you to the coast at Hornsea or Bridlington. York is about 45 minutes away. The North York Moors National Park is under an hour.
It has parking for one car on the drive. All the bedding and towels are included. There's wifi, a washing machine, and a dishwasher. The place is wheelchair accessible at the entrance and the ground floor bedroom has a walk-in shower, but you should check the full details if that's important for your stay. No pets allowed.
If you're looking into the area, the Welcome to Yorkshire site has information.
