The Barn
The Barn is on Frog Hall Farm in Tickton. It's a working farm, so there are tractors coming and going sometimes.
It sleeps six. Three bedrooms, one bathroom. It's got a 4 Star rating. The conversion was done well, so you've got things like beams and underfloor heating on the ground floor. It stays warm.
There's a games room in one of the outbuildings that all the cottages can use. The garden is enclosed, which is good if you have dogs or kids. You can bring up to two dogs. There's also an electric vehicle charger.
You can walk around the farm tracks. The River Hull is just down the lane if you fancy a proper walk along the bank.
Beverley is two and a half miles away. It's got the minster, the racecourse, and a lot of nice shops. The coast at Hornsea is about a twenty minute drive. York is roughly an hour away by car.
For days out, The Deep in Hull is a big aquarium, about half an hour's drive. The National Trust has a few places within reach, like Souter Lighthouse up the coast.
Facilities: there's a washing machine, dishwasher, WiFi, and a cot and highchair if you need them. Bedding and towels are included. There's bike storage and parking right outside.
