Cottage's called Cherry Blossom Cottage. It's in Cherry Burton, which is a quiet village. You're about ten minutes' drive from Beverley.
It's a two-up, two-down terraced cottage. Sleeps four. Two bedrooms upstairs, one bathroom with a shower. One bedroom has a double, the other has a bed that can be two singles if you ask. It's got a 4 Star rating.
We renovated it all last year, so it's in good order. The ground floor has stone floors with underfloor heating. There's a wood burner in the living room. The kitchen has a dining table. Out the back is an enclosed garden with a patio and seating. There's a boot room by the kitchen for coats and bikes.
The pub is straight across the road. It's dog-friendly and does food. The village shop is a few doors down. They've got the basics.
Beverley is your nearest proper town. It's got the Minster, shops, and a racecourse on the Westwood. The Yorkshire Wolds are right here for walking. The scenery is gentle hills and valleys. It's what David Hockney painted.
If you want the coast, Hornsea is about half an hour away. It's a long, sandy beach. Hull is also half an hour in the other direction. They've got The Deep aquarium and museums.
Facilities: there's a washing machine, dishwasher, WiFi, TV, and parking. We include bedding and towels. We allow up to two dogs. There's a cot and highchair if you need them.
