Cheviot
This place is called Cheviot. It's in Walkington, which is a small village outside Beverley.
It's a detached house so you're not sharing walls with anyone. Sleeps eight, four bedrooms, three bathrooms. Two of the bedrooms have their own showers. It's got a 4 Star rating, which means it's well-equipped and finished to a good standard.
The main living area is all one big open space. There's a large sofa facing the TV, a dining table, and the kitchen. Doors lead out to the garden. The stairs are a standard flight, not too steep.
The garden is enclosed and private. It has a patio with garden furniture and a private hot tub.
In the village, there are a couple of pubs that do food and a local shop for basics. The historic town of Beverley is about a ten minute drive. It's known for its minster, the racecourse, and has a good selection of shops and restaurants. The seaside at Hornsea is about half an hour by car. York is roughly 45 minutes away.
For facilities: there's parking on the drive, a washing machine, WiFi, Smart TV, and a dishwasher. Bedding and towels are included. We can provide a cot and highchair. You can bring up to two dogs.
