The Granary
The Granary is one of the holiday barns on our farm at High Hunsley. It's a barn conversion, so you get the beams and wooden floors. It sleeps six, three bedrooms and two bathrooms. It's got a 4 Star rating.
The place is comfortable, not twee. The garden is enclosed and there's a hot tub. The stairs are open-tread and a bit steep, which is normal for a barn. We've got stairgates and a cot if you need them.
You're out in the countryside here. The nearest pub and restaurant is about four miles away in South Cave. Beverley is lovely, it's about seven miles for shops and the Minster. York is around forty minutes by car.
If you're walking, the Yorkshire Wolds Way is right on the doorstep. There's local fishing and golf, and you can bring your horse if you arrange it with us beforehand, as we've got off-road hacking. The coast at Bridlington or Hornsea is about a forty-five minute drive.
Inside, it's open plan with a TV and WiFi. There's a washing machine, parking outside the barn, and bedding and towels are included. You can bring up to two dogs.
