Benny's Cottage is in North Cave. It's a village at the foot of the Yorkshire Wolds.
The cottage sleeps three. There are two bedrooms upstairs, one double and one single. It's a 4 Star place. The family have had it for years, so it's comfortable rather than just a rental. The bathroom is downstairs. It has a walk-in shower. There's a small, walled courtyard out the back with a table and chairs.
The living room is a decent size. There's a TV with streaming apps and an Xbox if you want it. The kitchen has what you need. All the bedding and towels are included.
The village shop and a pub are a couple of minutes' walk away. The pub does food. There's a restaurant about a mile off.
If you like birdwatching, the North Cave Wetlands are just a short walk from the cottage. It's a Yorkshire Wildlife Trust site. For a bigger day out, the RSPB reserve at Bempton Cliffs is about 40 minutes' drive. Cave Castle Hotel is nearby if you fancy a round of golf or a spa treatment.
You're well placed for exploring. Beverley is 15 minutes by car. Hull is about 25 minutes. York is 45 minutes to an hour, depending on traffic. The coast at Hornsea or Bridlington is roughly half an hour's drive.
Facilities: there's wifi, a washing machine, bike storage, and parking right outside. The entrance is step-free. No pets, I'm afraid.
