The Old Stables is in South Cave. It used to be part of the old farmyard. It's detached so you're on your own.
It sleeps four. There are three bedrooms, so you've got a spare room maybe for the bags. Two bathrooms, one is en-suite. It's a 5 Star place, which means it's all been done to a high standard. Underfloor heating, that sort of thing.
It's modern inside. Open plan kitchen and living area with those big folding doors that open onto a small, enclosed garden. There's a wood burner. Floors are tiled. It's very clean and new.
South Cave village has a couple of shops and pubs. One's a few minutes' walk. Hull is about twenty minutes away if you need a big supermarket or want to go to The Deep aquarium. Beverley is closer, maybe fifteen minutes. Nice market town, good for a wander and a coffee. The minster is worth a look.
If you like walking, North Cave Wetlands is five minutes down the road. It's a Yorkshire Wildlife Trust site. Good for birdwatching. The Wolds are right there for gentle walks or cycles. William's Den play barn is in North Cave too, if you've got kids with you.
The coast at Bridlington is about forty minutes. York is under an hour.
For facilities: it's all there. Washing machine, dishwasher, WiFi. Bedding and towels are included. There's a cot and a highchair. You can bring up to three dogs. There's parking.
