The Milking Parlour
The Milking Parlour is near Beverley, on the farm here at High Hunsley. It's a barn conversion, so it’s one open space downstairs and a bedroom up in the eaves. Sleeps two.
It’s got a 4 Star rating. That means it's well finished and comfortable. Everything's clean and works. The bathroom is en-suite. There's a washing machine and a TV. The heating and electric are included.
You’ve got your own enclosed patio garden with furniture. It looks out over the fields. It’s quiet.
We allow two dogs. There's a decent walk right from the door, around the farm tracks. If you have horses, you can bring them too. We have stabling and about five miles of off-road hacking. You'd need to arrange that with us before you come.
The nearest shop and pub is about two miles away, in Sancton. It's a short drive. For a bigger town, Beverley is seven miles. It's a nice place, has the minster and good shops. York is about a 40 minute drive if you fancy a day out there.
The coast is within reach for a day trip, places like Flamborough or Spurn Point. There are local fishing spots and golf courses nearby if that’s your thing.
