The Parlour
The Parlour is in Routh, near Beverley. It's a converted barn on a holiday park called High Farm. There are a few other cottages next to it. You've got your own patio bit off the back.
It sleeps four. Two bedrooms, both with their own bathrooms. One room has a king-size bed and a jacuzzi bath. The other is a twin. They've got high ceilings and exposed beams. The stairs are a bit steep, typical for a place like this.
The living room is decent sized with a TV. The kitchen's got a gas hob, electric oven, and a dishwasher. There's a dining table that seats everyone.
Outside, there's a shared courtyard garden area. The holiday park itself has a fishing lake, a par 3 golf course, a kids' play area, and some walks. There's also an on-site café and a small shop.
Location wise, Beverley is about fifteen minutes by car. Nice market town, good pubs. Hornsea and the coast is about twenty minutes the other way. The Yorkshire Wolds are right there for walking. York is less than an hour's drive if you fancy a day out there.
What's included: all bedding and towels, WiFi, parking right outside. There's a cot and highchair if you need them. It's got a 4 Star rating. There's an electric vehicle charger on site too.
No pets allowed. The place can be booked with some of the other cottages if you're a bigger group.
