East Cottage

East Cottage is in Brent Knoll, Somerset. It's one of a pair of cottages next to each other. They're old, from the 1500s originally, but they've been done up recently.

It sleeps two people. One bedroom with an en-suite shower room. It's got a 5 Star rating, which means it's well equipped and finished nicely.

The cottage is open plan downstairs. You've got a wood burning stove. There's a dishwasher and a washing machine. The garden is enclosed, and there's parking right outside.

There's a public footpath right next to the cottages that goes up Brent Knoll. It's a good walk, the views from the top are excellent. The hill is a National Trust area.

The local pub and a restaurant are about half a mile away. A shop is a mile. The coast at Burnham-on-Sea is about three miles, so it's a short drive for the beach.

You're well placed for day trips. Glastonbury Tor is about 20 minutes drive. Wells and its cathedral are maybe 25 minutes. Cheddar Gorge is around half an hour. For shopping, Clark's Village outlet is in Street, not far from Glastonbury. Bristol and Bath are both under an hour if you want a city day.

Bedding and towels are included. No pets. The other cottage, Knoll Cottage, can be booked together if you're a group of four.
