This is Marram Dune in Brean. It's a detached house right on the beach. You can see the sea from the back.
It sleeps seven. Four bedrooms and three bathrooms, which is handy with a group. The rating is 4 Star. It's modern and comfortable.
The main living area is open plan. Bi-fold doors open from there onto a deck. The garden is big and fully enclosed, which is good for kids or a dog. A gate at the bottom leads straight onto the beach. The beach is sandy and long, good for walks.
There's a summerhouse in the garden. It's a nice spot to sit.
Brean itself has the usual seaside things: a theme park, a waterpark, places to eat. They're a short walk away. For a quieter walk, Brean Down is managed by the National Trust. The views from up there are very good.
Within about half an hour's drive you've got Burnham-on-Sea, Weston-super-Mare, and the cathedral city of Wells. Cheddar Gorge and Wookey Hole caves are also in that range.
Facilities: it has parking, WiFi, a washing machine, a dishwasher, and a BBQ. Bedding and towels are included. One well-behaved dog is allowed.
